The Story Behind Joincom and Compliance
When Joincom started in hotel distribution in 2010, compliance issues were already a reality — OTA pricing controls, cross-group loyalty points settlement, multi-platform agreement execution — every step required building compliance into the system design.
In 2018, we extended our distribution capabilities into e-commerce, and again in 2021 into offline promotions. The compliance challenges in offline promotions were particularly acute: large volumes of tasks needed to be distributed to flexible workers, and the traditional "phone calls + Excel spreadsheets" management model was both inefficient and high-risk. We extended the compliance capabilities accumulated in distribution to build a digital task assignment, anti-fraud mechanism, and compliance agreement system — which became Joincom's differentiating capability in the offline promotions sector.
So LingGong was born — not as "another product," but as the natural next step grown from Joincom's core business. Operated by the independent entity Guangzhou Yuzhen Technology Co., Ltd., it serves external enterprise clients.
Today, the LingGong platform covers 300+ cities with 192 self-operated service cities, built around three core business frameworks: compliance cost optimization, project subcontracting, and flexible employment services.
