Joincom was founded in 2010 and has spent 15 years as a leading omnichannel distribution and brand marketing services provider in the hospitality sector. We provide OTA, e-commerce, social media, and offline channel distribution and brand marketing services to 7 major international hotel groups including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Accor, Shangri-La, Hyatt, and Marco Polo Hotels.

The group's cumulative transaction volume is approximately RMB 1.9 billion. We serve 300+ cities, and our proprietary PlanPoint platform manages over 600 million hotel loyalty points, connecting multiple mainstream rewards exchange channels.

Joincom is a member of IATA (International Air Transport Association) and the China Tourism Association, and serves as Vice President of the Guangdong International Chamber of Commerce. We hold National High-Tech Enterprise and Guangdong Specialized & Innovation Enterprise certifications, and are triple ISO certified: ISO 9001 / ISO 20000 / ISO 27001.

2010 Founded

Joincom Founded · PlanPoint Launched · Hospitality Distribution Begins

Joincom Group was established in Guangzhou. In the same year, we launched our proprietary PlanPoint platform and officially entered the hotel distribution industry — the starting point of Joincom's 16-year journey.

2014 Industry Position Established

Became a Key China Distribution Channel for Major Hotel Groups

After four years of deep focus, Joincom became an important distribution channel in China for Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Accor, and other international hotel groups. Hospitality distribution was no longer just "doing business" — it became Joincom's core competency.

2015 First Cross-Industry Expansion

PR Business Launched · From Hospitality to the Internet Sector

While providing hotel groups with online PR services (social media management, content distribution), Joincom recognized that these capabilities could serve many other industries. That year, we extended our PR capabilities into the internet sector, serving brands including Vipshop, Mobike, and Uber — Joincom's first step beyond hospitality.

2017 Credentials Established

Among First Guangzhou Blockchain-Certified Enterprises · Guangdong Specialized & Innovation Enterprise

Joincom became one of the first companies in Guangzhou to receive blockchain certification and was recognized as a Guangdong Specialized & Innovation Enterprise. That year, we built a technical R&D team including PhD researchers in cryptography and statistics, laying the technological groundwork for our future flexible staffing and AI businesses.

2018 Dual Breakthroughs in Business & Credentials

National High-Tech Enterprise Recognition · Distribution Capabilities Extended to E-commerce

Joincom earned its first National High-Tech Enterprise certification, recognized for innovation in digital marketing technology and data applications. That same year, we applied the core methodology of hospitality distribution — "channels + compliance + digitalization" — to e-commerce, beginning to serve major platforms including JD.com and Vipshop.

2021 A Pivotal Year of Transformation

Offline Promotions Launched · IATA Membership · LingGong Platform Born

第一,正式开拓线下推广业务,承接如祺出行、高德、美团、京东等品牌的线下推广。线下推广行业当时还相当传统,缺乏系统化和合规支撑——聚客的切入带来了数字化的任务分发、反欺诈机制与合规协议设计,迅速建立起差异化能力。

第二,加入 IATA 国际航空运输协会会员,进一步深化在航空与酒店行业的分销专业身份。

第三,随着线下推广体量快速扩大,灵活就业人员的合规协作成为新的命题。聚客把分销中积累的合规与系统化能力延伸出来,领功(LingGong)平台由独立主体玉枕科技运营落地——这不是"换了一个赛道",而是上一项业务自然长出的下一步。

2023 Entering the Telecom Distribution Market

Telecom Distribution Launched · High-Tech & Specialized Enterprise Re-Certifications Passed

Joincom began assisting telecom carriers with distribution. In our work with operators, we recognized the same familiar pain points — outdated systems, lack of structure, compliance risks — and brought our proven methodology from hospitality, e-commerce, and offline promotions into telecom distribution. That year, Joincom also passed re-certification as a National High-Tech Enterprise and Guangdong Specialized & Innovation Enterprise.

2024 A Year of Systematization

Triple ISO Certification · China Tourism Association Membership

Joincom achieved triple ISO certification: ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 20000 IT Service Management, and ISO 27001 Information Security Management — aligning simultaneously with international standards across service quality, IT governance, and information security. That year, Joincom also formally joined the China Tourism Association, reinforcing our professional standing in the tourism distribution sector.

2025 Elevated Industry Influence

Elected Vice President of the Guangdong International Chamber of Commerce

Joincom was elected Vice President of the Guangdong International Chamber of Commerce, taking on a more significant role in the Greater Bay Area's international business network. Together with our IATA membership (joined 2021) and China Tourism Association membership (joined 2024), this creates a comprehensive industry identity spanning aviation, tourism, and international commerce.

2026 What We're Doing Now

Telecom Distribution Covering Guangdong's Top Partners · Rapid National Expansion

Joincom's telecom distribution business now covers several of Guangdong province's top distributors and is rapidly expanding to other provinces.

Sixteen years on — from hospitality to telecom — Joincom hasn't been trying everything at once. We've been taking the same methodology and applying it, with full commitment, to each new industry worth pursuing. The next step will follow the same logic.
